Introduction
Silicon Bricks for Glass Kiln is a very common refractory material with a SiO2 content of more than 95% and a density of 2.34g/cm3. Silica brick is widely used in glass kilns because of its low cost, high chemical purity, high load softening point, no pollution to glass, and good resistance to a small amount of R2O gas and acid gas. It can be used for the arch crown, the upper part of the hanging wall, and the front and rear walls. At the same time, the use environment of the glass kiln needs to control the content of non-SiO2 in the silica brick, and the silica brick is required to use cristobalite as the main crystal phase. Our products are highly pure and have good creep resistance and corrosion resistance, so they are very suitable.
Features
1. Silicon Bricks for Glass Kiln takes quartzite as raw material, adds a small amount of mineralizer, and is fired at high temperatures. Generally speaking, it can withstand the temperature of 1690~1730 ℃.
2. This product belongs to acid refractory material and has good resistance to oxides such as CAO, FEO, FE2O3, etc.
3. It has proper stacking density, which can reduce the weight of the furnace body.
4. Under high temperatures, silica brick has good volume stability and high strength, so it is very durable.
